muscular. Most times the muscular pain is a symptom of a deeper issue.
The fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports everything in the body — plays a
major role in how we move, hold stress, and experience pain. It’s a 360 degree full body system.
The fascia holds your entire structure together. It also holds a memory of everything you have ever
experienced.
When fascia becomes restricted, it can create patterns of tightness, imbalance, and compensation
throughout the body.
This work is focused on helping release those restrictions.
Not by forcing change, but by working with the body in a slow, intentional way that allows it to
reorganize and come back to a more natural state.
The goal is not just relief in the moment —
but a shift in how your body functions and holds itself.
My method allows me to use these techniques to get to the core issues, incorporating other
modalities like massage, deep tissue work and stretching techniques to do the fine tuning.
